Andres Võrk is an Estonian economist specializing in health economics and social policy analysis. He currently works as a lecturer and analyst at the University of Tartu, where he teaches econometrics, policy impact assessment methods, and health economics. His main areas of expertise include healthcare financing, analysis of inequality in healthcare utilization, access to healthcare, and predictive models in health care. He has co-authored several Estonian studies addressing financial protection and out-of-pocket payments on health care, the sustainability of healthcare financing, inequality in utilisation of healthcare services.
