Wojciech is the Group Senior Director of Global Governmental and Public Affairs at Novartis International in Switzerland. With over 20 years of experience, he’s a multicultural leader with expertise in global healthcare policies and the life sciences industry. Living in six countries across three continents, Wojciech brings a unique perspective to his role, overseeing operations in approximately 30 countries spanning Western & Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

He started his career at the Ministry of Health in Poland, counseling policy leaders on European integration and healthcare matters, followed by assignments in the Ministry of Health and Solidarity of the Republic of France in Paris, France, and the Health Directorate of the European Commission (DG SANCO) in Luxembourg.

After joining the private sector, Wojciech has served in a number of senior leadership roles of growing responsibility in healthcare companies (GlaxoSmithKline, Abbott, Novartis) at country, regional, and global levels (Poland, Belgium, Switzerland).

Educated across multiple continents, Wojciech holds degrees in political sciences, international relations, and business administration.

He is passionate about delivering access and best healthcare outcomes to patients around the world.
