Olegas Niakšu

    Vice Minister, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania Dr. Olegas Niakšu has more than 20 years of experience in implementing and managing digitisation projects in Europe, Asia and Africa. Dr. Niakšu has been actively involved in the preparation of national digital transformation programmes and strategic plans in the fields of health, education and e-government and supported Ministries of Health, Minitries of Education, and e-government agencies worldwide. He served as an external digital health expert in UNDP, KfW, and Word bank.
